Two 3D concrete flower boxes

About the project

For the Tourist Office in the coastal resort of Saint-Cyprien, France, 3D Concrete created an innovative set of custom street furniture, including a bench, two lounge chairs, and a matching waste bin. Designed with fluid, organic curves inspired by marine shapes, these pieces effortlessly blend ergonomic public comfort with the surrounding seaside landscape.

Leveraging XtreeE’s advanced 3D printing technology allowed for the creation of these complex geometries with precise robotic extrusion, entirely eliminating the need for wasteful traditional molds. By integrating color directly into the concrete mix, the furniture gains a rich, permanent hue that perfectly withstands harsh marine climates, intense sunlight, and heavy outdoor use without chipping or fading over time.

Ultimately, the Saint-Cyprien project showcases a fresh vision for public infrastructure, proving that colored 3D concrete printing delivers exceptionally durable, low-maintenance, and eco-friendly urban solutions without sacrificing bold artistic identity.
