XtreeE is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your data, carried out through the website xtreee.com, comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, « GDPR ») and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data controller

The data controller is XTREEE (SAS), 5 Rue Noël Pons, 92000 Nanterre, France. For any question relating to the protection of your personal data, you can contact us at contact@xtreee.com.

Data we collect

We may collect non-personal information (such as aggregated or technical data) and personal information that you provide to us or that is generated through your use of the Site, in particular:

  • identification and contact details (first and last name, email, telephone, company, country, postal address) when you fill in a form or request a quote;
  • information relating to your project or enquiry that you choose to share with us;
  • technical and usage data (such as browser type and pages viewed), where applicable.

Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data for the following purposes, each resting on a legal basis under the GDPR:

  • to provide and operate the services and to respond to your requests, including quote requests (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request);
  • to provide ongoing technical support and assistance (legal basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest);
  • to contact you with service-related notices and, where relevant, promotional messages (legal basis: your consent or our legitimate interest, subject to your right to object);
  • to create aggregated statistical and other inferred non-personal information used to provide and improve our services (legal basis: our legitimate interest);
  • to comply with applicable laws and regulations (legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation).

We may contact you to inform you about your account, resolve a problem or a dispute, collect any sums owed, survey your opinion, send updates about our company, or where necessary to enforce our terms of use or any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you by email, telephone, text message or post.

Recipients of your data

The information collected on the Site is for the exclusive use of XtreeE and will under no circumstances be transferred or sold to third parties without your prior consent. Your data may be processed by trusted service providers acting on our behalf and on our instructions, in particular for website hosting (Cloudflare), email services (Google Workspace) and form handling (Formspree).

International data transfers

Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Union. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention period

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then for the duration of any applicable legal limitation or retention periods. Contact and prospect data is generally kept for up to three years from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, as well as the right to restrict and to object to its processing, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@xtreee.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the applicable regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority: Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France · www.cnil.fr.

Cookies

The Site may use cookies. The way we use them and how you can manage them are described in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the applicable regulations. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

Analytics and third-party services

We measure overall site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool that does not track individuals. With your prior consent (cookie banner), we additionally use Google Analytics with IP anonymization; without consent, it is never loaded. Contact and quote forms are processed through Google Forms: the information you submit (name, email, message) is transmitted to Google LLC as our processor and used solely to answer your request. Embedded YouTube videos load only when you click them. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to change your choices.
